How far ahead of your posting schedule are you on submissions? Which is to say if someone submits something, what's the rough estimate of how long before they can expect to see it? Days? Weeks? Months?
((It can take a few weeks. I get a lot of submissions, and as of right now the queue posts three memos per day. I may have to increase that number, since the amount of submissions has just about doubled since io9 featured us.))
